I've been bitchin' about all the condos and other development near the Grove, but finally--some good news! The county is purchasing 2 tracts of undeveloped open space for preservation! Two prominent local families donated the adjoining tracts, which total up to more than 400 acres. It will help protect area lakes and eventually connect the Grove to a new state park now being established.I can't wait to go exploring!
